It is mainly used for dyeing, boiling, bleaching and washing processes such as cotton, wool and chemical fiber, and also for dyeing of small batch of cloth.
The dyed fabric in dyeing tank, heated dye, circular flow circulating pump and steering mechanism of compulsory membership continuously alternating dye dye, t he dye in the process of a given temperature and time to reach the purpose of uniform dyeing. All parts o f the body and the dye and contact are corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
1 Features:
1) This ma chine has compact structure, small bath ratio, PLC with touch screen control, automatic control of the whole process flow and high degree of automation, batch storage of all inputs/out puts.
2) Circulating: the corrosion of mixed flow pump with reversing device, according to the liquor circulation process.

7) Process flow: the whole process flow only needs to be finished manually. Other operations are automated in accordance with the process setting process. The following are: inlet, c all, yarn entry, start up pu mp, chemical feed, ratio feed, temperature rise, s hut down pressure relief valve, temperature drop, opening pressure relief valve , turn off pump, drainage , water inlet , circulating water washing, chemic al barrel cleaning, drainage, and call out.
8) VAT material: use 316L stainless steel sheet production .
